Reporting non-compliance
We encourage you to report any perceived breach of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 or questionable practices relating to the importation, manufacture, supply, export or advertising of vapes to the TGA. This includes the supply of vapes by a retailer that is not a pharmacy.

New online form for sponsor notice of therapeutic vaping goods
From 1 March 2025, sponsors of vaping goods will be able to use a new online form of the sponsor notice. -

This instrument is made under Schedule 5A to the Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990 and Schedule 4 to the Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices) Regulations 2002.
